## Week-specific deliverables
- [ ] Complete first-touch, latest-touch, and self-reported source reconciliation for the current cohorts.
- [ ] Document the winning cold offer, audience, destination, and downstream conversion chain.
- [ ] Publish three founder demonstrations and reach at least twelve cumulative anchor demonstrations published or ready.
- [ ] Put the first reusable creator brief and asset kit into use.
- [ ] Have at least two creator/community collaborations live, recorded, or scheduled.
- [ ] Rank existing and prospective sponsorships by audience fit, traffic, cost, signups, and activation.
- [ ] Publish three SEO pages/updates and identify the first non-branded queries gaining impressions.
- [ ] Decide whether paid acquisition passes the initial quality/CAC test and what can scale next.
- [ ] Raise signup → first useful change toward 24% by addressing the highest-impact activation blocker.
- [ ] Finish Product Hunt maker story, gallery, video, launch email, and support checklist drafts.
## Recurring execution across every medium
- [ ] Cold email: operate toward the 1,400-send daily limit, protect deliverability, and report unique leads → positive replies → signups → useful changes.
- [ ] LinkedIn: maintain 40 connection requests/day and report requests → accepts → replies → interested → signups → useful changes.
- [ ] Founder content: produce three anchor product demonstrations/week and distribute channel-native versions with tracked links.
- [ ] Creators/communities: keep outreach, collaborations, and community participation active; measure activated-user yield.
- [ ] Sponsored media: renew proven sponsorships and test comparable paid properties; do not optimize for listing count.
- [ ] Non-branded SEO: publish three high-intent pages or material updates/week with real product proof.
- [ ] Paid: run or scale learning tests only within approved budget, attribution, quality, and activation guardrails.
- [ ] Product Hunt: continue preparation or post-launch follow-up; launch only when readiness gates pass.
- [ ] Measurement/activation: review source, ICP quality, imports, first useful changes, and Day-7 return every week.
- [ ] Product sharing remains a support capability and is not assigned an acquisition target.
## End-of-week evidence required
- [ ] Actual completed signups/day and rolling average.
- [ ] Qualified visitors/day and visitor → signup conversion.
- [ ] ICP-qualified signups and share.
- [ ] Codebase imports, first useful changes, and Day-7 return where mature.
- [ ] Actual channel contribution versus the expected table.
- [ ] Spend and cost per signup/activated user for sponsored and paid media.
- [ ] Scale / improve / stop / protect decision for every medium.
- [ ] Exact carryover deliverables for the next week.
## Guardrails
- Do not count branded Mode searches as non-branded SEO acquisition.
- Do not use Build Start / Build Succeed as the guided-demo funnel.
- Do not infer cold-email totals from ambiguous platform percentages.
- Do not equate LinkedIn interest with signup.
- Do not model product sharing as an acquisition medium.
- Do not count ordinary directory listings as sponsorship growth.
- Keep completed signups, ICP-qualified signups, activated users, and canonical qualified users distinct.
